To study the protective effect of curcumin on lipopolysaccharide-induced rat cardiomyocyte hypertrophy is main objective study. Cardiomyocytes were purified and cultured by differential adherence in vitro then they divided into control group, lipopolysaccharide lipopolysaccharide+curcumin low-dose (12.5 mg/l) medium-dose (25 group high-dose (50 group.
